We are very pleased that Air-Edel’s Patrick Cassidy has been nominated for ‘Best Original Music’ for ‘Smalltown‘ in the The Irish Academy Awards.

Written and directed by the award-winning Gerard Barrett and produced by Blank Page Productions, ‘Smalltown’ focuses on a young man, played by Charlie Kelly, who is forced to leave his home in rural Ireland to pursue a life in London. When he returns years later, a lot has changed and he’s confronted with a number of challenges by his family and father, who’s played by Pat Shortt.

The 2017 IFTA Film & Drama Awards Ceremony will take place on 8th April in Dublin. The Irish Academy Awards celebrate and honoure the very best in Film, Television Drama, Feature Documentary, Live Action Short and Animation.
