The writing process for this was really bitty – some of the songs I wrote a couple of years ago, and others only a week before we recorded! Similarly, we couldn’t record it all in one block due to scheduling, so every few months I would go travel to Bristol and get a song in. So, I guess putting together this EP has felt like quite a long time coming, and we were really conscious of trying to make sure it all flowed together despite the large gaps in between making each of the songs. – Hopey Parish
