Music Editor Timeri Duplat Joins the Air-Edel Roster

We're excited to announce that music editor Timeri Duplat has joined the Air-Edel roster.

Timeri began her journey in sound when she started playing the violin at the age of 5. At 17 she completed a final degree in violin at the Conservatoire de Bordeaux – regional music school in France – preceded by the same degree in music theory.

Timeri went on to study sound for 5 years, achieving a sound technician degree in Biarritz, followed by a Master in picture and sound at the school of Image et Son in Brest, studying sound in all of its forms: radio, music recording and mixing, boom operating, sound mixing, sound editing and dubbing, live sound, etc. both in theory and practice. The more she progressed through her studies the more she specialised in sound for film, with several internships in Paris and London.

In 2015 Timeri started working as an assistant music editor with James Bellamy on Dario Marianelli’s scores including Ivor Novello-winning ‘Kubo And The Two Strings’ directed by Travis Knight for Laika. Timeri has been the music editor on various feature films including ‘I Am Not A Witch(2017) with music by Matthew James Kelly, ‘Mary Magdalene’ (2018) scored by Hildur Guðnadóttir and Johann Johannsson and Salon Pictures ‘McQueen’ (2018) by Michael Nyman.
