Laura joined Air-Edel in 2012. Recent music supervision and score supervision work includes feature film ‘Tomorrow’, executive produced by Martin Scorsese, the 2016 Christmas special of ‘Jonathan Creek’ on BBC1, the Dominic Savage film ‘The Escape’ starring Gemma Arterton and Dominic Cooper, Julien Temple’s film ‘My Life Story’ about Suggs from Madness, ‘Mary Shelley’ starring Elle Fanning, and director Richard Loncraine’s latest feature ‘Finding Your Feet’.
She has also worked on films including ‘Cinderella’, ‘Everest’ and ‘The Boxtrolls’. Her current role involves working closely with Air-Edel’s composers for film, TV, theatre, video games and commercials, along with source music licensing for a variety of projects.
Laura won a choral scholarship to study music at King’s College London, graduating with First Class Honours, and took singing lessons at the Royal Academy of Music. She then went to Christ Church, Oxford where she took an MPhil in Musicology and wrote her research-based dissertation on music and developmental psychology. She has lived in the UK all her life apart from six months spent in Italy studying singing and Italian. She previously worked as an agent’s assistant at The Rights House talent agency, representing actors and TV presenters.
