Dan Gross is a composer living in Los Angeles, California.
Growing up in Lakeville MA, a small rural New England town, Dan began playing melodies on the piano before he was three feet tall. Dan later attended Berklee College of Music in Boston where he studied film composition and served as the unofficial composer laureate of the Emerson College film program.
Dan has composed for major film companies such as Universal Pictures and Disney and has scored the faces of such actors as Vincent Kartheiser (Mad Men), Jason Ritter (The Event), and his childhood hero, Beakman from Beakman’s World.
Dan’s greatest accomplishment is having received a bad review in Portuguese.
Aside from composing, Dan builds things and researches mathematical musical models.
