In the world of music-for-picture composition, Award winning Walter Mair made a name for himself working on feature films, video games and adverts. Blending the electronic music he loves with full orchestral arrangements. Classically trained in his native Vienna, he moved to London and set up studios in Soho, in the heart of London's post-production community.

His career has continued with soundtrack composition work for computer games giants SONY and Sega on such titles as Empire: Total War, which featured full-sized orchestras and an 80-piece choir. The music was mixed at AIR Studios London (Lyndhurst Hall). In 2010 Walter was nominated for an IVOR Novello Award for "Best Original Soundtrack".
