Andy was almost born in a film cutting room... indeed there are rumours that he may have been conceived in one too! After starting in post-production as a runner in Soho, London, he had his first opportunity to combine his musical talents and film handling background on Frank Oz's LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. Working with experienced American Music Editors on that and other projects proved a solid grounding for his work since on countless movies and TV projects, big and small, including several musicals.
Andy has also composed and produced library CDs for EMI and, in 2010, released his own documentary film FOLLOW ME... I'M RIGHT BEHIND YOU about a dysfunctional bagpipe band. He is part of the team behind www.spottingnotes.com http://www.spottingnotes.com, the film music management system.
